There is the possibility of moving the scholarship from one Academic Institution of Thessaloniki to another with the criterion of excellence, depending on the interest.

Depending on the available scholarships, is defined as a minimum the 20% of the total number of scholarships, as runners-up, in case of the cancellation of a scholar, at any time up to the date of the conference, Friday, April 3, 2015.

The selected scholars will be notified no later than three (3) calendar days after this posting. When the organizers of the action receive this notice, they have 48 hours, i.e. 2 days after receipt of the message in order to express their possible inability to accept the scholarship.

In the event that the selected scholars do not reply within the above-mentioned period, they automatically lose their scholarship and the first runner up is updated.

In case that the selected scholars confirm the acceptance of their scholarship and yet unreasonably fail to attend the event and did not successfully receive the Monitoring Certification by the organizers, are likely to be asked to bear the financial burden of the cancellation and everything their scholarship covers.
