EUropa.S. is a unique opportunity for everyone willing to understand in practice the function of the leading EU institutions, the European Parliament, the European Council, the European Commission, the European Court of Justice and the European Central Bank. During the simulation, candidates will be invited to play the role of a Member of European Parliament (MEP), a Head of State, a Commissioner or a Judge, or a Stakeholder of the Banking System depending on the institution they participate in. In this framework, they will be given the chance to negotiate on a specific EU policy area, to meet aspects of European legislation and to get involved into the challenge of decision making process.
Nevertheless, apart from gaining knowledge on the function and official procedures of these institutions, the participants will face the challenge to effectively cooperate with each, in order to develop their communication and negotiation skills, as well as practice their rhetorical and leadership abilities.
